Leave your anxiety at the door and spend 1.5 hours in a state of calm and bliss with this fun, holistic workshop! We’ll start with meditation and a gentle restorative yoga sequence (suitable for all fitness levels!) and then transition to some meditative drawing and art making that will be sure to soothe your soul and amp up your creativity! At the end of the class, you’ll receive a package with mood-boosting nutrition tips and recipes.
As a student of renowned Canadian artist Andrew Sookrah, I am honoured to have my painting, Approaching Positano at Dusk selected to be in the McMichael Canadian Art Collection's first juried student painting exhibition.
